1. Data controller

2. Data we process

We may process the following categories:

• contact and professional data submitted through the form, including name, email, company, telephone number, and message;
• technical and security data required to operate the services, including IP address, logs, request date and time, user agent, and diagnostic data;
• usage data and online identifiers for Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense, only where prior consent is required and has been given;
• request-source information limited to relevant attribution parameters and referrer, without private queries or preview tokens.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to:

• reply to enquiries and take requested pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• protect websites, infrastructure, and users, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures under the controller’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
• comply with legal, tax, and authority requirements (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
• measure site usage and display advertising through Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense only with consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Providing data

Fields marked as required are needed to handle an enquiry. Without them, the form cannot be submitted. Analytics and advertising consent is optional; refusal does not restrict access to content or the contact form.

5. Recipients and processors

Authorised personnel may access data. Where necessary, hosting, cloud infrastructure, database, email, security, and maintenance providers process data under appropriate agreements. If consent is given, Google Ireland Limited and Google group companies may receive data for Analytics, consent management, and advertising under their applicable roles and terms.

Data may also be disclosed to advisers or authorities where required by law or to protect IASOLUTIONS SRL’s rights. We do not sell personal data collected through the contact form.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some international providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, the Data Privacy Framework where applicable, standard contractual clauses, or another safeguard under Articles 44 and following of the GDPR.

7. Retention

Leads and pre-contractual correspondence are kept for 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a contract, legal obligation, or legal claim requires a different period.

Technical logs are kept only as long as necessary for security, diagnosis, and applicable obligations. Data processed by Google follows the retention settings configured in Google services and the user’s consent choices.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object where provided by the GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Use the controller contacts above to exercise your rights.

You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or your competent supervisory authority.

9. Security and updates

We use technical and organisational measures proportionate to risk to protect data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. This notice may change following legal, organisational, or technical updates; the date shown above identifies the current version.
